Located about thirty minutes from the peninsula of Charleston, Summerville has it’s own adorable downtown area full of shopping & restaurants!  Surrounding the downtown area, the town has a lot of residential neighborhoods for you to choose from.  The town goes by the nickname Flower Town in the Pines, and is filled with many lush gardens.  Summerville is also the birthplace of Sweet Tea. Between the flowers, tea, & hospitality, it’s easy to fall in love with Summerville!
