Greg Gelber grew up outside of New York City and attended the College of Charleston. After earning a degree in finance, he worked as a Derivatives Analyst at Morgan Stanley for a few years. He eventually decided to move back to Charleston and became an Account Manager for a software company based out of Mount Pleasant.  Greg loved the analytical side of finance and the relationship building aspect of account management. Real Estate in Charleston seemed like a natural fit. Greg has been a Realtor in the Charleston area for almost a decade and has proudly represented hundreds of clients over the years, He lives in Downtown Charleston with his wife, Sarah Miller Gelber, and their daughter, Sibyl Rose Gelber. 

A native South Carolinian, Bryan Thompson has many years of selling and marketing leadership. Bryan attended high school in Fort Lauderdale and college at the University of South Carolina. More recently, Bryan completed the graduate-level EFM program from Sewanee, The University of The South.  For the majority of his career, Bryan worked with Marriott Hotels & Resorts.  He was responsible for all marketing and sales for the Renaissance Hotel, located in the downtown historical district of Charleston.  Previously, Bryan has served as the President of the Alexandria, Virginia Hotel Association, a Senior Warden at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, and a board member of the Alliance for Full Acceptance (AFFA). Bryan lives on James Island, in the Seaside Plantation neighborhood. His love of the Lowcountry is apparent and Bryan has a close connection with James Island, Folly Beach, John's Island, West Ashley, Kiawah Island, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms and the Downtown Peninsula areas of Charleston.

Kelly Snyder was born in New Jersey and grew up in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina. She earned a degree in Arts Management from the College of Charleston, following her passion to fundraise and volunteer with nonprofit organizations. Upon graduation, Kelly managed sales and customer service for a jewelry company and then went on to be a wine buyer for a distribution company, focusing on logistics and importing.  Kelly loves the relationship-building aspect of customer service, the focus on details of logistics, and the Lowcountry of South Carolina that she’s called home for more than 20 years. Real estate is the perfect combination of everything she excels at. Kelly is passionate about making your real estate experience enjoyable and keeping communication consistent. Kelly and her husband, Kyle, live in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston with their two hound rescues, Georgia and Lou. In her spare time, Kelly can be found at Charleston’s newest restaurants or volunteering with the Junior League.
